Key responsibilities of this position include (other responsibilities may be assigned): › Review complete customer enquiry of technical and commercial specifications. › Responsible for accurate sizing, design selection, and error free proposal preparation. › Determine competitor sizing and product information for strategy development. › Confers with manufacturing team to assure processes, techniques and time schedule will meet customer needs. › Handling technical and commercial queries from customer. › Coordinates with customers, Outside Sales, Sales Representatives to convince customer of the value addition on purchasing the solutions offered. › Upon receipt of order, transfer of complete project details (CORB) post order to PM and assist in post order technical issues. › Update Sales tools (Salesforce, GPS & R-Process) on regular basis.
Required Skills: › Experience in technical sales, preferably control valves or other mechanical related equipment; or one to two years related experience either in power plant, oil and gas or chemical industry. › Understand the process of power plants, Desalination plants and pulp & paper plants. › Understand the basics of control valve and applications. › Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. › Need to be a good team player. › Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power point and other Windows applications) › General working knowledge of power stations desirable.
